Dr. Kent Kneip is originally from South Dakota, and received his undergraduate education at South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota. Dr. Kneip then went on to the Southern California College of Optometry, in Fullerton, California. Upon graduation in 1984, Dr. Kneip moved to the Phoenix area and has since been practicing in the East Valley.
Dr. Kneip has over 25 years of Optometric experience. Dr. Kneip loves the art and science of Optometry, which includes detecting and managing vision problems, prescribing appropriate eyeglasses, fitting all types of contact lenses, managing medical eye conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes, dry eyes and eye infections, and co-managing refractive surgery and other eye conditions with local Ophthalmologists.
Dr. Kneip is married with 2 sons. He enjoys many sports, movies, and spending time with his family.
